How much is the delivery cost?

Whatever the size of your print, the size of your order and the selected material. There are no catches and no hidden costs.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere within the United States.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes. The delivery must be to a physical address. We’re more than happy to deliver to your company or work address too.

How long does delivery take?

Depending on where you live, it usually takes about 7-10 business days from the moment you click on “Place Your Order”. If you want to know the status of your order, you can track the progress here.

What if my print is damaged in transit?

Although our prints are carefully packed for shipping, we also fully insure them during the shipping process.

If your package arrives with obvious damage to the packaging please DO NOT accept receipt of the package. Instead, ask the courier to return it and let us know immediately at support@toriartprints.com.

If your package is left unattended with damage to the packaging, please let us know within 24 hours. Please include pictures of the damage to the box and the print as attachments to your email so that we can quickly arrange a replacement.
